Simulating: Chiara Ferragni
Today I was reading some of the Simulating posts we have done, and saw that the original idea was to create the outfits on Starplaza, in case you wanted to recreate the outfit as well. However, it looks like we forgot about this on the late posts, as it's easy to create outfits with our clothes (we know them better, confidence is a major key, you know what I'm sayin'?). So, now that I wanted to recreate an outfit from Chiara Ferragni, one of the major bloggers when blogs were a thing (now it's all about Instagram, but she's a queen on there anyway), I decided to go back to the roots and do it on Starplaza.
Chiara is an Italian blogger, who created The Blonde Salad along with her then boyfriend Riccardo Pozzoli. Since I discovered Chiara a long way back ago, I've always had this love/hate relationship with her outfits. Sometimes I love her mix & match (she's always mixing vintage items with luxury), sometimes I hate her combinations. What I can't deny is how beautiful and gorgeous I think she is. She's also a very entrepreneur woman. She was one of the first to monetize her blog, created a very young team, the TBScrew, and has her own fashion line of shoes, named after her Chiara Ferragni. Now, she has remodeled her blog, converting it into a fashion magazine & online shop, where you can buy exclusive items that are only made for her blog from really important brands. A genius, in my opinion, as she know how to mimetize with the current trends. Okay, now you can already tell that I'm and I've always been a follower right? So... let's go to the fashion part?
I have to say that it was very difficult to find an outfit I could recreate, and I actually tried two other outfits before the one I did, that I wasn't convinced of. The reason? She's very extravagant and her outfits don't have lots of items, but instead she wears very iconic designer peaces. At least on the outfits she wears to fashion weeks, that is one of the ones I wanted to do. Her casual style is different, always jeans and tshirts and very very very casual. But that wouldn't be difficult and where would the fun be? Enough talking, HERE WE GO!

Simulating: Caroline Vreeland & Shea Marie
Here comes the best Simulating post we've ever done! Again Mireia and I we're combining forces, cause really is a lot more fun to do it together than alone, and as big fans of coordinating our outfits that we are we decided to bring that as well to a simulating post.
Caroline Vreeland and Shea Marie were already famous before they started to do fashion week together. Caroline is the granddaughter of the famous fashion editor Diana Vreeland and Shea Marie is a fashion influencer with a million followers on Instagram and owner of the swimsuit brand Sameswim. In fact Mirea and I have been following the style of Shea for quite a while, we met her through her blog PeaceLoveShea (although she doesn't post very often now) and in fact Mireia had already done a Simulating post of her (check it out HERE). But since they started coordinating her outfits for fashion weeks her photos have been all over tumblr, street style posts, instagram...
So, as Mireia and I also like to coordinate our street style outfits we decided that we HAD to do this simulating. We have picked some of their outfits to bring you their stardoll version.

Shopping: Bonjour Bizou Crisp Culottes
There's always this trend that at the beginning you don't like and finally you end up wearing right? That's what happened to me with culottes. And those white culottes from Bonjour Bizou (15 SD) were one of my acquisitions a while ago, but I've never wore them on a daily outfit yet.
That's why I decided to do a Shopping post about them. But this shopping post will be a little different from the rest. Instead of just creating some outfits showing you some ideas for this culottes, I'm gonna recreate some outfits from Street Style fashion that I've been searching on the net.
Why? Easy. I wanted to wear those pants that I bought a while ago, and even if I used them in some fashion tasks, I've never created any daily outfit. I couldn't find anything to wear them with, I was super collapsed... So, I decided to search for some inspiration, and I came across some outfits that I loved and that I could recreate on my suite.
Those are the outfits that I found and decided tocopy wear, followed by my creations (or copies, whatever):
I don't know any of the girls name, so I can't give you links to her blogs or instagrams, but I can definitely tell you what I am wearing. So if you want to know...

Simulating: Chanel Oberlin
Chanel Oberlin is a fictional character from the new Fox show Scream Queens. The show is about a huge mystery in a campus sorority which involves murders but with a funny satirical twist. But my favourite part of the show is definitely the fashion. The sorority leaders (called The Chanels) are all about pastels, fur, pearls, heels... And they always look perfect. Chanel Oberlin is the character played by Emma Roberts, president of the sorority, and she always gets the best looks.
I must admit that they are a little bit too girly and extravagant most of the times, and I definitely wouldn't wear them, but when you see them on the show they look awesome so I wanted to simulate it at least on stardoll. Hope you like it!

Simulating: Victoria Törnegren
Jaha! Jag gillar Sverige och jag gillar prata svenska därför jag tala lite svenska nu. Så... ursäkta mig, men här är andra svenska modebloggaren.
Hehe, so much fun! Okay, no need to Google Translate it, here is it what I said tried to say:
"Yay! I love Sweden and I love speaking Swedish because I speak a little Swedish now. So... I'm sorry, but here it is another Swedish fashion blogger. "
Her name is Victoria Törnegren, she's from my beloved Sweden, and... Surprise! I also saw her for the first time on lookbook.nu. I've seen her a lot on Tumblr also (by the way, I have a tumblr, click here to see it), but it was my sister who reminded me her name when I was trying to compose an Inspiration Album for our Task 3 on Cycle 11 (FM-Style), that was all about dressing like a swede. Anyway, her blog is called as her, Victoria Törnegren, and it's full of minimalistic outfits that are p-e-r-f-e-c-t.
This outfit I decided to simulate was so cool for me because I usually don't like culottes, even less if they are denim culottes. But, I don't know what she did, that seeing that outfit and another one she did with a pair of black ones, now I like them and I have added both (denim and black) to my wishlist on Stardoll.
Hope you like it and hej då!

Simulating: Ebba Zingmark
Hej hej!
Recognize this words? It's just hello in svenska (swedish), and I'm saying it like that because... Precis! Ebba Zingmark is a fashion blogger from Sweden! I discovered her also on lookbook.nu, she was one of the biggest with lots of hypes, even if she was so young back then. She's currently 20 years old, and she's stablished in Berlin. Her style has always been very edgy, different but cool at the same time, and she's also such a gorgeous girl with a face that has always reminded me of Taylor Swift.
Recently, I went back to Bloglovin' and started using it again. By the way, if you use it you can follow us on there (just click here). There I saw that Ebba is doing a recap of all her outfits that appeared on her blog on 2015. Among them, there was this one that I like so much and that I decided to try to recreate on our favorite website. ;)
PS. Remember that next Friday at 10.00 am - UCT time, there's another Simulating coming! :D

Simulating: Peace Love Shea
Today I'm so happy with this simulating. Why? Easy! It's an outfit from my favorite blogger ever. I introduced myself on the fashion world with lookbook.nu, a website where you can upload your outfit and get "hypes". There, I discovered Cheyenne meets Chanel (aka Shea Marie). Her style was very festival-goer, hippy meets cool. I loved it and her blog was one of the firsts I started following. She changed her blog name to Peace Love Shea, that is her actual name, and I'm still there liking her pictures on Instagram and admiring her beauty and her lovely style that has changed and evolved so much, but only to get better (if it's even possible). So, in case you don't know her, yes, I'm talking about Shea Marie, commonly known as Peace Love Shea.
If I'm not wrong (bloggers still don't have wikipedia pages) she's from California. She studied Communications and Journalism, and lives in Hollywood with her best friend, Caroline Vreeland (grand daughter of Diana Vreeland).
Recently she wore a very casual outfit that we can imitate with current clothes of Starplaza. That's what the Simulating is all about. Check it out for yourselves, the only piece that you can not get (if you don't have it already), is this nice jacket from LE, but you can use another one easily and the outfit is still gorgeous. Believe me, I tried. ;)
PS. I am preparing other Simulatings (coming on the next two Fridays at 10.00 am - UCT time), but I'm publishing this one today because is the Chanel Tribute LAST CHANCE! So, in case you want to buy the boots... Get them while you can! I'm actually thinking about getting them after this post. Humm...

Simulating: Caroline de Maigret
Ever since I bought (well actually I got it as a birthday present) the How To Be Parisian Wherever You Are book I've been in love with this Parisian effortless style they describe in it and the best representation of that style is the model Caroline de Maigret.
Her close is like a big MUST-HAVE full of basic pieces you literally need. Trench coats, jeans, striped t-shirts, blazers, white shirts... All the basics you always make sure to have. She combines them in a very cool and elegant way and overall all, as I said before, effortles. I don't know what it is (maybe her usually messy hair) but her outfits always look on point and at the same time like if it had taken her only 5min. to put them on. Since I've taken the like in doing this Simulating posts (at first I wasn't a big fan of them, it was Mireia's idea but now I really enjoy them!) I decided I should do one of Caroline.
The look I've chosen it's not as casual as what I had in mind at first but I loved it so I did it anyway. About the coat I picked for the starplaza outfit I don't know from where it came from, it doesn't have a label but you can find it in the catalogue (category: coats). EDIT: The coat is from Millionaire Mansion (no idea why it is not written in the label). And good news! Both, the pants and boots are starcoins items! :)

Simulating: Leandra Medine
Okay, so this post has take so much longer that what you might think. I've been thinking of doing another simulating for a long time but couldn't think of the right persone to "simulate". When I finally decided I wanted to do Leandra Medine the difficulty became finding an outfit in which her clothes could be available at Starplaza. Making this simulating has left me, in fact, a feeling that the clothes offer currently in starplaza lacks some basic items. I mean, where's the basic white shirt? Not to mention all the trends they could add.
Anyway, going back to the topic. Leandra is one of the writers of the successful blog Man Repeller. I must admit that I'm not a reader of the blog, however there hasn't been (yet) a single outfit of Leandra I saw in street style blogs I didn't like. So that's why I decided that simulating her might be interesting. And I do enjoy the final result. Although it took me time to find and outfit I could imitate and that was cool, in the end it was worth it.
(The shoes weren't visible with her pants so I just picked a pair that I liked how it looked with the rest of the outfit.)

Simulating: Carmen Hamilton
The time has come for me to do my first simulating post. I knew I wanted to do a blogger's outfit first so I searched for cool outfits with lots of layering which could look really good in stardoll's clothes but or the needed clothes weren't available at starplaza or the outfit didn't end up looking that great. So at the end I went for the complete opposite and I went for something simple and minimalistic. It was then when Carmen Hamilton came to my mind.
Carmen is an australian woman owner of the blog The Chronicles Of Her. She has a very characteristic style very minimalistic and simple but at the same time elegant and full of masculine or loosen clothes. The outfit I chose to represent shows all this very clearly and easy but fashionable both in real life and in the stardoll version made by me.
I picked this coat from Callie's Picks because it was the most similiar to the real one but unfortunately it's only available for Royalty members so I looked for an alternative as well and found this white one in Rio which also looks nice.
About the pants I had no idea these could look good. But as always you never know, items that may look hideous end up being great in determinate outfits. Obviously if you still don't like them you can always substitute them for another pair more skinny. Which makes me think... Lately stardoll has released a wide variety of white wide leg pants but there hasn't been new additions of that type in the black section and they are equally useful (stardoll... just saying).

Simulating: Elsa Hosk
Seems like I am here with another model, this time is Elsa Hosk. I knew about her when during the London Fashion Show she kicked Ariana Grande with the wing. I laughed so much, and seeing her face like she didn't care too much made me google her.
I chose this outfit cause it was simple but with lots of layers, but at the same time so effortless. Perfect to go around the city. When I recreated it I went for men's clothes on the shirt and tee, cause they look more loose. I guess she's wearing a chain bag, maybe a Chanel, but as I can't see it I didn't include it. Also, forgive me for my terrible editing on the hat trying to cover the hair. I certainly need to find a good program for my Macbook (anyone knows about one?). Anyway, hope you like it!

Simulating: Anja Rubik
I love this new section! Really, I like very much searching for stylish people and then recreating one of their outfits. It's cool to see that actually Starplaza has a lot of variety and than you can do almost any outfit. Anyway, here's the second Simulating, I hope you like it!
This time I searched on Streetstyle photography blogs. I was searching for something summery and I came accross a look from Anja Rubik where she was wearing some sandals very similar to the ones on Riviera. It was a sign, and I had to do that outfit.
Anja Rubik is a polish model on her 30s but that is still doing a lot of things fashion related. She's also recognized for her style outside the catwalks. I personally prefer other models, but talking about street style she's one of the bests models-off-duty.
Putting this sandals was obvious, of course. To continue the outfit, I searched for some ripped shorts, black belt with silver buckle, and then a white blouse with long sleeves. I found this one from July's Hot Buys that was perfect, but it was too short. To remedy that I added another top from July's Hot Buys that was the same color, and put it under the shirt to make it look like it's inside the shorts, like Anja. Then it came the complicate part. For the vest I couldn't find a minimalistic black vest, but I used this black one that I think it does a similar function. Then, again the same problem with the bag: there's no ethnic shoulder bags on Starplaza, so I picked a black bag, boho style like the one she's wearing, without the pattern but of the same size and shape. I couldn't find a thin scarf, but as the vest I used is bigger than the one I'm imitating, I don't think that's very obvious. If I had one and added it, I continue thinking that it would be too much. I chose a messy hair, not too straight and natural make up. Some Ray-Ban Clubmasters and... ready!

Simulating: Kylie Jenner
Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new section!
Today when I was looking at our current sections (at the bottom right of the blog), I didn't feel like doing a post for any of them. Instead, I wanted to emulate my beginnings in the blogging Stardoll scene and create a section about bringing some celebrities/bloggers outfits from real life to Stardoll.
I remember doing Kate Moss or Serena Van der Woodsen back in the day, and later on, that would inspire me (along with a Spanish TV Show) to create one of the special cycles on FM-Style, Cycle 8, called Your Style Sounds Familiar #1 (I'm planning on more editions) where it was all about recreating the style of a celebrity.
Now I'm here to create on Starplaza simulations of what famous people wear in real life. So, if you like it you can also recreate the same look. The first person is this teenager that catches so much my attention: Kylie Jenner.
At first, as it happened with Jersey Shore, I hated the Kardashian clan for all that easy fame and no talent thing. I still think like that, but after I watched the show, is like I feel some kind of affection for all of them. And Kylie is so different from a 17 year old girl, she is gorgeous and so sexy, she has this unique style mixing glam with sporty that suits her so much... Basically she's such an interesting person in my opinion. That's why I chose her for the first Simulating.

This outfit is very typical from Kylie: leggings + strap high heels and a pop of color with the bag. I love how she combined the red bag with the red lips, and that's what I did too. The white long blazer gives the whole outfit more elegance. Obviously you can't wear a crop top and leggings to the event Kylie was probably going to.
For the make up, I recreated the red lips adding red lipstick and red lip liner to fill more the lips like Kylie's. Then some tan blush to imitate the contouring. Last but not least, I had to use a hairstyle similar, so I chose this straight black hair with not too much volume. Then I painted my doll's eyebrows with black pencil. And of course, I added the aviator sunglasses that looked more like the black ones from her.
