Style Wars: Oversized Orange Sweater

When a new collection comes out it's the perfect timing to find more than one doll wearing the same thing, which means it's the perfect occasion for a battle! I found the other day ajenkam and AudreyHepburn. wearing this new orange sweater from Original Future and I thought we could confront them in a Style Wars. So what do you think Mireia? Let's get to it?

Oh yes! Loving this battle. This sweater is that typical thing I see in the shop and I think "mmm this could look good well styled" but for me it's like a waste of money as I don't like it that much, so it ends up being just an idea in my head. Then I see those outfits and... BOOM! Mind explosion! I think I have already a favorite though... But you found them, you start ;) 

I actually want to buy the sweater. I put it on my WL when it came out and after seeing these two I'm sure I'm going to buy it. 
Well I think this is going to be an easy battle because, as much as I'm admired at how AudreyHepburn. combined that bright orange with bright yellow, I am so in love with the combination of the sweater with the Subcouture bag in ajenkam's outfit. And I know you and your style well and I know that one is your favourite. ;) 

OMG! I don't know if it's a good thing that you know me that well or a bad thing... Am I that previsible? You're totally right. I do love (as always) the outfit that AudreyHepburn. (my good old friend Lauri) did, it's super elegant and classy. But yeah, Ajenkam is modern, a little futuristic, her doll looks super gorgeous... and totally makes me wanna buy the sweater. Don't worry, I know it's for you... I won't even try, cause I still think I won't be able to do something similar to what ajenkam did, and I will end up not knowing how to use it in a cool way. So, all for you. This has been the easiest battle sis, so short! You do the honors! Announce the winner :)

Store Statement: Saint Laurent Paris Tribute

Saint Laurent Paris Tribute came out yesterday and I must admit I'm in love with this collection. I usually like Saint Laurent clothes because they look young and fresh although maybe a little too rock for me, but I definitely didn't expect I would like it this much.

I actually had to struggle a little bit at the time of choosing my favourite items cause I liked so many of them. In my opinion the quality of this collection, meaning the textures and shapes of the items, is really good, everything looks very real and similar to real designer clothes. In the end I went for this 5 pieces.

With such a great collection I knew I would find amazing outfits out there and I wasn't wrong. It only took me like 5 minutes to find these beauties.

Spotted: ajenkam

Today I was going through Spotlight again and through some dolls suites searching for fashionable people to advertise to join our club and maybe apply for Cycle 11 when I came across ajenkam. I did not remember featuring her before, but when I was writing the label, I saw that it was me that featured another one of her outfits some time ago (click here to see it).

Obviously I love the outfit, but what I like most is how she has created it combining pieces of the new Gift-o-meter and the Chanel Tribute that we reviewed here.

Spotted: ajenkam

When I was helping Judith with the Store Statement of the new It Girls collection - click here to see it -, I came across some gorgeous outfits that I saved on my laptop to post them later. This is the first one. The gorgeous ajenkam, is rocking a beachy outfit very different from what I've seen around! Look at that white pants with the Antidote shorts beneath them... amazing! The accessories are perfect for the outfit and the henna tattoo on the ribs seems like it was meant to be there instead of the thigh. In conclusion, I love it and it's super original.
