Seen on FM-Style: Who let the dogs out

Hello, hello! Who let the dogs out? Really, now all the contestants submitting their entries with dogs? Oh, this is what actually the task consisted in? Fun!

But, let's do a little flashback to last week's poll. Who has been the most voted one for the Black & White (#000000 & #FFFFFF) task? Here you have the results:

The winner according to the public is Navi (vousme)! Congratulations!! She was the winner according to the judges as well, but in a tie with Marta (Marta-43) that is the one that got in the second position on the poll.

And back to the dogs! This was a super interesting task for me. When Judith came up with the idea I was a little hesitant at first, until I remembered that scene of the 101 Dalmatians where Pongo contemplates through the window searching for love and assuming that every dog looks like their owner. That was the objective of the task, but on the reverse: creating an outfit that looked good together with a dog of their choice. 

For me, those have been my favorites this week:

Navi (vousme) was my favorite again, with an all white outfit and a fluffy white dog that matches perfectly with her white fur. Then we have Jovana (GoldieMememe) and Sia (bella98twilight) with amazing outfits that match their dogs. However, I was expecting a little bit more for this task. I think I was a little disappointed. I would have loved to see more outfits like the examples of the judges. Look at Judith (Judith_25) and Rawan (bornthiswaay)!

Before finishing this post, let me first say a proper goodbye to 2 of the good ones: Val (invisibl3) and Andrea (Andre1396). Val had to drop out of the competition, and unfortunately, Andrea was the one with the lowest score. This is how the Contestants Board looks like now. Only 7 contestants left, and that's why the next task is called Seven Nation Army. You already know what's the theme I guess...

Seen on FM-Style: #000000 & #FFFFFF

You know everything is in black and white... Welcome to the Neighbourhood! Okay, I know this is a little weird song, but we both like this band (The Neighbourhood) pretty much and I loved how they called the mixtape, black and white in html code: #000000 & #FFFFFF. That was perfect for the task that the contestants had to submit this week. 

Before I share with you my favorites and personal opinion, let's see who had the most public votes on last week's poll... 

Well, well, well... Looks like again the people agrees with the judges, crowning Marta (Marta-43) as the winner of Task 5. Congratulations for that! 

Now it's time for talking about this black and white. For me, for that task the key was to use black AND white. There were a lot of outfits that were mostly black with some white little touches. Judith disagrees with me about that (that's the good thing of having plenty of judges, different opinions). Let me show you my two favorites of this task:

Then there were this outfits that I liked very much but that I felt that they weren't as black and white as I was hoping for, like Andrea (andre1396) and Val (invisibl3):

And this is how the contestants board looks like now. The beautiful Romee (poppet08, my former rival on the Beauty Cycle on FM-Agency) is the one who got away. It's really sad but having in mind something coming... maybe it's not the end!

Every time we are seeing more red crosses, and next week two contestants will be crossed out, but as we announced on the club, there will be a comeback! Hope you're enjoying this cycle as much as I'm doing (it's been a while since the last one). See you later aligator!

Seen on FM-Style: No Money

The week has ended and with it task 5 on FM-Style, probably the most relatable task we've ever done as it consisted in pulling out the most amazing outfit possible but at the same time sticking to a maximum of 35SD (no limit for starcoins), there was no freedom of getting whatever you want without thinking about the price. 

I was really interested in seeing the results of this task as I was curious of what our amazing contestants could do for a small amount of money. For me, the best strategy was trying to make an amazing outfit only based in starcoins and turn to stardollar items to add a special touch, give some originality or adding a statement piece. Some seemed to follow this strategy some made followed their own instincts, either way the results were again amazing. 

Specially, in my opinion, the outfits of Marta (Marta-43) and Jovana (GoldieMememe). 

Their outfits are basically the opposite. 

Marta's is super extravagant, with lots of items layers and details. She was definitely my favourite this week. I had never thought such an amazing and complete outfit could be done with just 35SD. A perfect an original use of starcoins items if you ask me. 

Jovana's in the other hand is really simple in terms of layering and number of items. But she went for strong and trendy pieces that look good together and that are bold enough to stay out of the comfortable and common zone, which made her my second favourite this week.

I also quite liked the outfits of Romee (poppet08), who went for the pyjama trend (shout out to the last Surrounded by Trends post!), and Val (invisbl3), who brought a really nice stylish manly outfit. 

So, last week you guys agreed with us in the poll and also thought Marta-43 was the winner of task 4.

This week Marta wins again but thanks to the +1 she got from task 4, if it wasn't for that Andrea (Andre1396) would be the winner of task 5. So let's see what you guys think and if we agree again! ;) You already know how it goes.

And finally this week we said goodbye to the amazing Lucia (roco_90) which makes me very sad cause she had been doing so well in my opinion. The cycle is starting to get harder everytime! Hope we still see you around Lucia!

Seen on FM-Style: Blake Lively

Hello!
Today I bring you some news related to the cycle that is going on at FM-Style. This last task was about styling an outfit that Blake Lively would wear. She is an important stylish celebrity, almost every magazine or website recognizes that, and she doesn't have a stylist! Almost all the judges try to do that, and this is what we did:

All the contestants managed to get that Blake Lively vibe, but the ones that got better punctuation by judges, and even the contestants votes, of this task were...

Green_Eye_Angel

This girl is getting so high on the score board that it will be very difficult to catch her. For the 3rd consecutive week she's on top of the classification, but well deserved. She's been doing a great job since the cycle began.

Close to her were invisibl3 (that always catches the attention, as he succeeds week after week at creating male outfits for celebs that are female) and kladiaaa (that went for an outfit that Serena would wear).

The points they all got were added, and this is how the Score Board looks right now:

Seen on FM-Style: Cara Delevingne

As I told you on the previous post about FM-Style, the task was about styling an outfit that Cara Delevingne could wear. I posted an imgur album for them to inspire a little about her that you can find clicking here.

Also, I want to incorporate a new thing that the one and only Green_Eye_Angel suggested me. Incorporating what the judges would have done with the task. For Cara Delevingne, myself and Lauri (AudreyHepburn.) tryed to do it.

Lauri went for a formal look of Cara, and I instead went for the typical street style outfit Cara wears practically all the time. I think those are good examples of Cara's style.

The contestants did nice jobs too, but the one who got most points at this task was...

Yes, again! She is on top of the score board. However, I would like to share with you the work of the next 2 best of this task, as I think there are good examples too, including a male outfit! They both got the same points.
